Too many times the Blues were cycling the puck but had no one cutting to the net.
Yeah, I think somebody mentioned during one of the previous games that the Blues were playing with one forward high to prevent a quick break-out by the Wild, but there's no way the Blues were going to score with just 2 guys deep with the way the Wild were backchecking.
    You can't kill terror
    So let's declare war
There's so many dead that we can't keep score

Since 2013, the blues are 0-7 in games 4&5 played at scottrade, outscored 26-12.

Somewhat surprised about Game 4s, but not about Game 5s. Every Blues' fan knows the Blues live to lose a crushing Game 5 at home in a 2-2 series. It's like the Stanley Cup for them.
As far as I know, & what I don't know in this town ain't worth knowing, the cops haven't closed any of your dives
& the D.A. hasn't touched any of your rackets. You haven't bought any license to kill bookies, & today I ain't sellin' any.
So take your flunky and dangle.

    thanks.
I don't have a problem with weekend hockey games. No different than baseball or football. But 2pm on Easter Sunday is dumb. But it's still nowhere near as stupid as an 8:45pm puck drop on a weeknight.

    2pm on a weekend isn't a drinking time?

If 2 on a Saturday isn't in your drinking window then you are doing life wrong.

I'd say that 6am to 8am on Sunday is my only "I'm not gonna drink" time; and even that is negotiable.

I'm a grown up who can maintain control. But I also don't need a drink to have a good time or watch sports.

Unlike the dude in my row at last night's game that went through four $12 Budweiser tall boys.

I hope last night was a fluke...saw a stat that only 54% of the time does the team up 3-0 win game 4...Dubnyk played arguably his best game, but man were they pretty flat...

I am assuming we see Stastny centering Tarasenko and Schwartz Saturday? Barbreshev did well, but he seems to have hit a wall here.

He hit a wall because Yeo pulled him off the line. On the line with the GWG in game 1 & 2 on the line. It's a head scratcher

Eh, I really like Barbrashev, but I didn't think he was that great in game 1 or 2. I would have no problem seeing Stastny center the top line if he is back tomorrow.

Hey...we should probably get the date correct in the thread title...we've seen how that's worked out before...
