Nature always sides with the hidden flaw.

We will have to repent in this generation not merely for the hateful words and actions of the bad people but for the appalling silence of the good people.

Time to watch something else. Sharks are on. Maybe I'll watch a good hockey team for a change.

What are the chances we get 3 against Rask?

Boards have a goal and an assist in the last two games.

I've switched over to Detroit/Chicago in the hopes of witnessing the next great Chicago fire starting in the United Center.

Jesus. Allen lives to give up the early goal. I'm going to have to start tuning in 90 minutes in advance just to catch a rare glimpse of the Blues actually tied at the start of a game before we get Allen'd to death.

    Glove hand -- Allen'd

    Positioning -- Allen'd

Back to Glove Hand -- Allen'd

If you had 2 glove hands and a positioning, you won the 1st period pool. I personally went with five hole, blocker, and 1 glove hand, so no luck tonight, but I'll have many more opportunities to win that money back.

Whatever Allen had, it's contagious. 1 Shot, 1 Goal. Hutton.

Was watching the Blues 50 years thing that aired Sunday....Harry Ornest....gawd almighty, what a piece of work.

I had never heard the story of the team walking over after game seven in Calgary.

The Blues had a charter set up to take them to Montreal had they beaten Calgary on the road in game seven in 1986. But once they lost, Ornest cancelled the flight and the Blues, literally, had to find their own ways home. Susie Mathieu was actually trying to buy tickets on players' personal credit cards. Some didn't get home until 9 p.m. the following day.
